You are completely surrounded by nature on a working farm, with the nearest amenities being a 15-minute drive away in the historic town of Jedburgh and 20-minutes drive from Kelso and Hawick. Simply park up outside, unpack your bags and feel completely relaxed in a natural setting. It is ideal for couples or a family of four, offering a large king-size bed with zip-and-link beds and a double room upstairs, giving you options for sleeping arrangements. They each come with bedside tables, curtains and ample storage space, making you feel right at home. Back downstairs is the bathroom, with a shower over the bath tub and heated towel rail, tied together with a neutral choice of décor. The lounge offers a lovely cosy feel, with a beamed ceiling and a charming woodburner set within a stone surround. Crack open a bottle of wine, stream your favourite movies on the Smart TV and fully relax away your time surrounded by the warmth of your loved ones. Jedburgh is a quiet town lying 10 miles inside the Scottish Border, situated halfway between Newcastle upon Tyne and Edinburgh. There are shops, pubs and restaurants to enjoy nearby, as well as Jedburgh Castle Jail, Mary Queen of Scots House and the imposing abbey, which towers over the town and dates back to 1138. The Borders also offer walking and cycling along St Cuthbert's Way, a 62 mile trail between Melrose and Lindisfarne, which passes Harestanes Countryside Visitor Centre.
