Very poor communication from site. Arrived on site to check in no reception just a sales office called hoseason to find out they said go to reception so went to what was a recpection now a sales office to find no one at reception so called out of hours number when they finally answered they said key was in the retunder as left unlocked. Would of like to have known we could of gone straight there. Did email months before to confirm if i needed to know any addional information but no response. Retunder hot tub does not have net curtains as in the photo. Nice walk to the village but roads to the hoilday park does have large potholes.

Showet was blind was broken do leaked in to bathroom, dirty shower and dust and cobwebs in extractor fan, hot tub lid not the correct size for hot tub and no curtains round if like in pictures, not good value, charging luxury prices
