All of the accommodation is being upgraded,new carpets etc,it will be great when it is all done! So much better than before. We have being going for years, the place needed a face-lift,it is great to see it happening.

Wonderful place, perfect if you want peace, quiet, beautiful surroundings and a safe place to stay. Bonus is that it's dog friendly with lots of stunning places to walk all within short distance. The lodge was clean and warm with everything needed. We got a great welcome and were given an emergency number to call should any problems arise. As others have noted, some of the fittings are tired but this did not affect our stay and the new managers are clearly hard working, making amazing efforts to raise standards for the future. Thank you for a lovely break

We’ve stayed at Angecroft Park 5 times now and our recent stay in November has been the worst. When we arrived, no one answered the bell, tried calling the number on the door, no one answered. When a lady did finally come to the door, she took no details, just asked if I was checking in, gave me keys and told me it was the one on the end. Not very welcoming at all. Lodge was dirty, mouldy and has mice in cupboard under the sink which we found at the end of our stay. Kitchen utensils were filthy and all had to be cleaned before we could use anything. Hoover is broken.Water went off, had to go to the shop to speak with someone as calls went unanswered, was told would be working soon but was still poor the next day. Bin areas were full and remained this way throughout our stay.With better wardens, this park could really thrive.
