Guests say

Tayview is a well-received holiday cottage, praised for its spaciousness, comfort, and suitability for large groups. The property's location in Killin is appreciated for its convenience and proximity to local amenities and outdoor activities. Guests have enjoyed the well-equipped kitchen, hot tub, and the thoughtful touches that contribute to a pleasant stay. While there are some mentions of maintenance issues and cleanliness concerns, the overall sentiment is positive, with many guests expressing a desire to return.

Most guests found the property to be clean and well-maintained, though there were a few isolated comments about cleanliness issues in certain areas. These seem to be exceptions rather than the rule, as the majority did not raise concerns.

The location is highly praised for its convenience, proximity to local shops, restaurants, and outdoor activities. The scenic surroundings and central position for exploring Killin and nearby attractions contribute to its high rating.

Guests consistently report that the property is comfortable, with spacious bedrooms and a cosy atmosphere. The large dining and kitchen area is a highlight for group gatherings. A few guests mentioned firm mattresses, but overall comfort is rated highly.

The property is well-equipped for large groups, with a hot tub, ample kitchen equipment, and entertainment options. Some guests experienced issues with the car charger and hot tub, but these were addressed. The lack of a tumble dryer and some maintenance needs slightly lower the score.

While guests have mentioned thoughtful touches like a welcome bottle of Prosecco, there are not enough references to consistently assess this category across all reviews. Therefore, a score cannot be provided, and guests should note that such gestures are not guaranteed.

The Victorian villa was very clean throughout and welcoming and warm. The kitchen dining area was very large with a hugh table capable of seating all of us (12) in comfort and the equipment in the kitchen for food storage, preparation, cooking and washing up was exactly what we needed for our early 'Xmas' weekend. Throughout the house the sitting rooms and bedrooms were nicely decorated and well presented with a theme running through them. The beds were extremely comfortable. Killin is a good area for walking and there a few nice pubs to rest in before returning to ease tired bodies in the hot tub . We were lucky on the weekend we visited as it snowed adding a touch of Xmas to our visit. As a result of the snow and rain the Falls of Dochart were spectacular. We had a great weekend

. Good quality utensils etc. The table football and the hot tub were a hit. We all loved it. One point for the owners to note is that the dining table chairs could do with some more padding. But that's just an observation to help them, not a complaint or even a negative.

(Crockery, glasses, utensils etc). Good location for long or short walks. Even the weather was kind to us for most of the time. Comfy beds. We spent a lot of time together in the dining area, chatting, eating and drinking as there was so much space. Everyone attending has thanked me for organizing such a wonderful weekend. Cant wait to do it again sometime.
