The Lodge was very comfortable and we enjoyed the Hot Tub every day. Lovely location, quiet and only a short walk to the Loch with our JR Charlie. Lots to see and do and enjoyed our drives and boat trips in this beautiful countryside.

We stayed Leven Lodge 3 for 5 nights. The location was great for us to explore this part of Scotland for the first time, and We particularly enjoyed the hot tub and how quiet site is. The lodge was clean on a surface level - clean towels, and beds etc. But unfortunately when you took a closer look it was clear that the lodge needs a deep clean and some maintenance. The shower didn't drain properly and to make this hot enough to use we had to turn the pressure down, also dishwasher was smelly with stale water sitting in the bottom. Windows and the curtains and blinds were grubby and the bin store was disgusting, overflowing and rats were seen by multiple people. I did try to contact via email buy didn't get a response so we had to clean these things ourselves in order to use them. This could be a great place to stay but it really needs some attention.
