The fantastic stretch of sandy beach close to this Trearddur Bay cottage has something for everybody to enjoy; the great sea conditions make the beach ideal for sailing and swimming, and for those who want to try something different, many other outdoor pursuits are available in the village.
Cafés, restaurants, shops and pubs are only a short walk away from this lovely Trearddur Bay cottage, while the local golf club, birdwatching and cliff walks at South Stack Lighthouse are easily accessible. For a great day out, NT's Plas Newydd and Beaumaris Castle are on the island. Alternatively, discover Snowdonia, Conwy and Caernarfon castles, a little further afield. Trearddur Bay is situated on Holy Island with rocky coves and fine sandy beaches. Watersports, bathing, sailing and windsurfing are the main activities in the summer months and golfers will enjoy the 18 hole golf course. There are shops, pubs and restaurants in Trearddur Bay and Holyhead offers a wider range of amenities, including a leisure centre, harbour front, and a marina.

Itâs perfect for a family base with Trearddur bay a five minute walk away.we stayed with two children, aged 5 and 13, who shared the bedroom with a double bed and childrenâs smaller bed. There is everything you need for a home from home break. The decor is beautiful will attention to detail. Lots of books and games provided to entertain the family. The garden is huge and gated so super safe for the children to play in. We are looking forward to visiting again next Summer. The welcome basket was very thoughtful with some Welsh treats and gift for the children, thank you Dawn!
