Enjoying beautiful views of the coastline, this spacious abode welcomes up to ten guests, perfect for families, couples and groups of friends looking to holiday in this serene part of Sir Ynys Mon. The social hub of the home is the kitchen/diner, where you can sit at the breakfast bar and keep the designated chef company whilst they prepare a home-cooked meal, assisted by a range of appliances. Choose a wine from the chiller to compliment your meal, before heading out to the beautiful garden areas; there is a patio with furniture and barbecue and lawned areas with football net, keeping the little ones entertained, plus there’s plenty of space for your four-legged friends to roam! Unwind in the sitting room, curling up beside the woodburning stove whilst flicking through the Smart TV, or escape to the snug for a game on the Nintendo Wii. Trearddur Bay is situated on the western shore of Holy Island. It’s truly beautiful - a great sweep of low grassy coastline indented with rocky coves and fine sandy beaches (European Blue Flag). Watersports, bathing, sailing and windsurfing are the main activities in the summer months and golfers will enjoy the excellent Holyhead 18 hole links golf course. It’s a great place for nature lovers with renowned birdwatching at the South Stack Lighthouse rspb Reserve and lots of rock pools and cliff top walks to explore. There are shops, pubs and restaurants in Trearddur Bay itself and nearby Holyhead offers a wider range of amenities, including a very good leisure centre, an interesting harbour front, a marina, the world’s second longest breakwater and exciting day trips to Dublin on the ferry. The Maritime Museum in Holyhead has an excellent cafe and the beautiful Holyhead Breakwater Country Park has walks for you to enjoy. Further afield there is the stunning Newborough with its excellent woodland and beach and Beaumaris with its town and castle. A great location with plenty to see and do!

The host has thought of everything to make visitors feel at home. There is a fully equipped kitchen with all the accessories and utensils you could need and more. There are lots of toys and games for the children to enjoy to keep them entertained. A very homely feel with wonderful scenery and nature all around. The outside space is perfect for families with children. The property is a short driving distance to many supermarkets/shops. Thank you for a fantastic stay, we hope to return soon!
