The cottage was very comfortable and quiet. The hot tub was a great addition. Being close to the A55 made it easy to get to various places. We will definitely be back again maybe to stay at one of the other properties on the site. Thank you for a lovely stay.

We also found the property's location, a short journey from the A5, useful in allowing access to routes that could take us easily around the island. However, there were some drawbacks. We felt that the lack of shelving in the shower units was a practical oversight, the king-size on the ground floor was not divided into singles as we'd requested prior to our arrival, and although the property has a hot tub, a notable factor in booking this particular rental, the hot tub could not be used, as it required maintenance. That said, once we'd managed to contact the owner, we were offered the use of the hot tub in the neighbouring vacant rental for the remainder of our stay. The owner also offered compensation, for a period of three nights without access to a functioning hot tub, as a gesture of good will. Sykes representatives were both helpful and professional in liaising with the owner and handling this.
