Ewyn Gwyn is a popular family friendly holiday house in the popular seaside town of Rhosneigr on Anglesey. It’s also a great holiday house for groups of friends looking to go on holiday together. The house has been designed for groups in mind - there are plenty of sociable spaces, as well as quiet areas where you can escape for a bit of quiet if you’d like.
The sitting and dining areas are somewhat combined. In the sitting area are comfortable sofas and a large smart TV. This room then leads through to the dining room where there’s a large table seating up to 14. In this area doors open out onto the patio and rear garden.
This is perfect for a spot of supper in the summer months.
A large and bright kitchen has all you need to rustle up tasty dinners with ease! There’s a five plate ceramic hob, one oven with microwave oven, fridge and freezer, toaster, dishwasher, microwave, and Delonghi coffee machine. The central island is an ideal place to sit around with some leisurely brunch or to plan the day ahead over a cuppa!
On the ground floor there is a shower Room and loo - great for washing off sandy feet after a day at the beach!
There are six bedrooms in total. Two bedrooms have bunks with double beds below and single bed above. One bedroom has a king sized bed and the other has a super-king sized bed and ensuite. There are two further double bedrooms.
On the first floor there’s an ensuite bedroom with spacious shower, loo and wash hand basin. There is also a family bathroom with a double-ended bath, spacious shower, double basins, and loo.
On the second floor there are two ensuite bedrooms, one with a spacious shower, basin and loo and the other with a combination bath and shower, basin and loo.
The office room is the place to go if you want some quiet time to read a book or, even if you need to catch up on some work.
Ewyn Gwyn is a holiday house ideally located for family holidays by the beach in North Wales. It’s nestled in Rhosneigr which is a coastal village on the west coast of Anglesey. The beach is close by, as well as lovely little coves, a variety of little shops and places to eat and drink. Watersports are popular here but there are plenty of activities to enjoy - go karting, golf courses, horse riding, and walking or cycle routes to name a few. There are attractions and places to eat within easy reach. You can jump in the car to explore further afield on Anglesey or into Snowdonia. Alternatively, kick back and relax and just soak up the views in this fab holiday house.
The popular seaside village of Rhosneigr is situated on the beautiful west coast of Anglesey, famous for its spectacular cliffs and magnificent sandy beaches. The village has a varied history including a 6th century church, tales of smugglers, famous off-shore shipwrecks and from the Edwardian era it has been a fashionable holiday destination. Today it is known for its magnificent beaches and renowned watersports, providing some of the best windsurfing and kitesurfing in the UK, with tuition available in the village. Activities include fishing, sailing, sand yachting, wreck diving, golf and hours of family fun on the enormous sandy beaches. There are several pubs, restaurants and shops in the village, with the market towns of Llangefni and Holyhead (starting point for day trips to Dublin), and the city of Bangor within easy travelling distance. Close by is the Anglesey Race Circuit, great for lovers or car and motorbike racing, while on the island you will find Pili Palas Butterfly Farm, Anglesey Sea Zoo and Beaumaris Castle. Boat trips around Puffin Island offer the chance to see nesting puffins and guillemots, or cross to the mainland and enjoy Victorian Llandudno’s shopping, restaurants and dry ski slope, Snowdonia mountains and the beaches of the Llyn Peninsula.
