The house on arrival was disgusting. Contacted the number and after numerous excuses (cleaner stuck in traffic!!) we were asked to go to a local pub and wait! (2 small children in tow). We finally got in to the house that had been sort of cleaned probably in a rush!! After the first day we used the washing machine that didn’t work so trapped our wet clothes in. They sent a maintenance person to repair so tried again and did the same. 2 days later they came to fix the machine. Just a bad experience from the start unfortunately. I have to say I have stayed here once before and had no trouble and the EV charger is a good addition. I rebooked the house because the first experience was ok but probably wouldn’t book again. The response from contacting customer service was ok. Really disappointed when you pay good money to enjoy your summer holiday and just get hassle.

    Close to Benllech town centre.

Everything was as described and property was clean and comfortable. Could maybe do with sharp kitchen knives for cooking but apart from this minor gripe all our needs were met, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend the property.
