Beudy Bodeilio is a beautifully converted barn nestled in a peaceful rural setting on Anglesey, offering a tranquil retreat with wildlife and farm animals as neighbours. Guests have praised the property's modern amenities, cosy atmosphere, and the delightful presence of friendly chickens. The central location is ideal for exploring the island, and the cottage's charm makes it a recommendable stay for those seeking relaxation amidst nature.
The cleanliness of the property received mixed reviews. While some guests found it to be satisfactory, others noted areas that required more thorough cleaning, such as windows, cobwebs, and kitchenware. The presence of wildlife and farm animals contributed to cleanliness challenges outdoors.
The location is highly praised for its tranquillity and central positioning, making it an excellent base for exploring Anglesey. The surrounding wildlife and farm setting provide a charming rural experience, though some guests noted difficulty in finding the property initially.
Guests have found the beds comfortable and the living spaces cosy, contributing to a relaxing stay. However, some suggested upgrades to larger beds and additional comfort features like bath grips. The presence of friendly chickens added to the overall comfort for many visitors.
The property is well-equipped with modern amenities, including a good WiFi connection and a well-stocked kitchen. However, some guests reported maintenance issues such as stiff doors and a lack of cleaning materials, which impacted the overall experience.
While guests have enjoyed the property's amenities and the rural charm, there is no consistent mention of gifts or special touches that would indicate thoughtfulness from the hosts. Therefore, it is not possible to provide a score in this category.

Bed frame at the top was broken and on the floor when we arrived , then the cheek of the owner blamed us for this after we left ! No place to put rubbish and recycling - the WIFI is powered via a hamster . No mobile signal - property needs many improvements and looks nothing like the pictures . We was very disappointed - then 9 days later get a message saying we had damaged property and left rubbish . We feel very insulted - feel this is a scam to retain deposit . The track to property would also be impassible for a small car we had a 4x4 and this was still hard going . Beware !

This was resolved the next day. However the bed linen was extremely perfumed and unbearable to sleep we ended up striping back to the quilts. Also same issue with towels but both bed linen and towels need to be replaced. Letâs this beautiful cottage down which is a shame.

Love the peace and quiet. Just a few niggles, bin in the bathroom not emptied, crisps on the floor around the table area and lots of dead flies under the sofas and on the floor. Also i think the outside area is due for a big tidy up as its looking very unkempt. Apart from that we loved it xx
