A great house with lovely finish and setup in Branwen. Best bits were comfy large beds, a lovely communal area with nice decor and facilities - for an upgrade add a coffee maker rather than a cafetiere. We loved the games room with adults focussing on table tennis and kids on table football and outside at crazy golf. We asked for tennis net to go up but didn't materialise - just a series of blue poles not even sufficient to span the gap, thankfully table tennis was a good substitue in poor weather anyway.Appreciated liberal dishwasher tablets but were tight on toilet roll provision! Downsides would be the main road proximity and noise and the fact it is a hot tub almost in a box - could do with a little more space or a view. Patio table in a high walled box completely unattractive option so unused. Could consider swapping their positions though appreciate plumbing might restrict this. We mentioned that the leaflets are significantly out of date £20 difference in family prices to sea zoo which was a surprise!Lovely base for Benllech with good range of food options and a few shops, though we travelled up to South Stack and Cemaes (our favourite) with little difficulty too.Thanks for a great week
