Electric vehicle charging point, payg via app. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking.. Trefechan is a lovely, detached bungalow set a mile back from the local village of Pumpsaint. A great place to base yourself to explore the local countryside. It has a large, enclosed lawned garden for those bringing their dogs, there is also a field in which the dogs can run around. This property comprises of a large open plan living and dining room with views over the open countryside, a well-equipped kitchen and two bedrooms, one with a kingsize bed and the other with two single beds. It has a bathroom with a shower over the bath. In the garden there is a private hot tub which overlooks the countryside.
The property is 6 miles from the town of Lampeter which has an abundance of shops, coffee shops and restaurants. There are plenty of activities in the area such as horse riding, taking a walk in Cae Hir Gardens and a must see is a visit to the Welsh Quilt Centre. Less than a mile from the property is the Dolaucothi Gold Mines and a great day out is to be had here. The town of Llandeilo is 12 miles away, which hosts many festivals such as the jazz and gin festivals, the town is full of boutique shops and restaurants. The award-winning Nation Show Caves for Wales are 20 miles from the property, a fabulous place to keep children and adults alike entertained for the whole day. Whatever you decide to do on your holiday know that you can come back to the property, relax in the hot tub and watch the sunset. Beach 20 miles. Shop 1 mile, pub and restaurant 3 miles.

We had a lovely few days away. It's rural (which we wanted) peaceful and relaxing. Our hosts were friendly and welcoming including our 4 Rotties. A lovely weekend which we couldn't fault. Highly recommend.

Excellent property, well equipped, comfortable beds, lovely setting. Felt at home straihht away. Parking for 2 cars a real bonus as very few properties offer this. Hosts were very friendly. We only stayed one night but wished we could have stayed longer and hope to return.

It was a nice getaway. Very remote and peaceful location. Hosts were very friendly. Hot tub wasn’t very hot and also an extensive list of rules including no longer than 30 minutes at a time in the hot tub, which make you feel like you can’t truly relax which is a shame as we wanted it to be a relaxing break. We booked it primarily for the hot tub which is probably why that was most disappointing for us. But other than that can’t fault the property and would still recommend or consider visiting again.
