On the other side of the property are three bedrooms in a variety of layouts, including a double, twin and single. Opposite is the family bathroom with bath and shower over, so you decide how to best prepare for your day. The garden can be accessed via a set of french doors and offers a private spot for you to relax with a glass of wine or a good book. The enclosed nature of the garden is also ideal for those holidaying with pets and/or small children. Take a walk along the banks of the River Teifi or the fields that surround it, appreciating the Welsh countryside in all its glory. The market town of Llanybydder is two miles away and offers pub and eateries, plus a couple of small stores for provision. For a wider choice of shops, just ten minutes down the road is the market town of Lampeter, housing a number of small quirky shops and two sizeable supermarkets, while the county town of Carmarthen is half an hour drive away and offers a busy shopping centre and several well-known high street stores. The location of this property also makes it ideal for visiting the coastal towns of Aberaeron, New Quay and Llangrannog, or the southern Cambrian mountains and the wonderful Brechfa Forest, which is great for walks and mountain biking, is less than a 10 minute drive up the road. A small market town straddling the River Teifi, Llanybydder is a typical old Welsh town with a small selection of shops, including a Post Office, bakers and farmers co-operative, and a few pubs and eating places scattered throughout its streets. It is the focal point for the surrounding farmers, and regularly holds horse sales. The countryside is perfect for walkers, cyclists and birdwatchers alike. Set on the border between Carmarthenshire and Ceredigion, Llanybydder is perfectly positioned to travel to the county town of Carmarthen with its busy shopping centre, with small individual quirky shops and the well-known high street stores, Merlin's Hill Centre and even a steam railway. The superb coastline of both south and west Wales is within 20 miles for great seaside days and coastal walks on the world renowned Welsh coastal path. An excellent central location to enjoy the south west of Wales.
