This lovely, detached house is set on the hillside, in one of the most desirable locations overlooking part of the seaside village of Pendine, the sandy beach and the sea, as far as the Gower coastline on clear days. Making the most of the views, the property has patio doors in the kitchen and sitting room, Juliet balconies in two bedrooms and raised sitting areas with views of the beach and sea outside, so you can spend many long hours soaking up the spectacular views. Enjoy time in the large kitchen making meals to eat together around the table, or maybe preparing a picnic to take to the beach. Relax in the sunny sitting room, curled up together on cooler evenings, and catch up on a few TV programmes, a film or play some board games. Guests can also explore nearby Laugharne, with its beautiful castle, and Dylan Thomas' boathouse and home that you can visit. Take coastal path walks, visit theme parks or just sit in the cottage and relax. Whatever you choose to do, you'll want to return to this charming cottage again and again.
Pendine is a lovely seaside village with a seven mile stretch of sandy beach and is known for its car racing history. There are local restaurants, pubs, gift shops and a café and grocery shop in this wonderful holiday location.
