This place is beautiful and the owners where really nice and friendly such a nice house and our children had an amazing time, the only problem I was say is the house needs some attention and few things fixing but this did not stop us having a lovely family holiday

A spacious house in a good location, just a short drive from Cardigan. Pros: 5 bedrooms, good price, hot tub, pool table, fire and well equipped kitchen. Helpful host, quick response to messages. Cons: sadly in need of some TLC (such good potential) and general repairs (mainly cosmetic). Leak from ensuite shower and two of the toilets. Issue with the heating upstairs (despite best attempts of owner to repair during our stay). Parts of oven not igniting. Carpet needing cleaning in places and paint touch ups. I think most of the issues in isolation didnt impact our stay but were compounded by the heating issue.
