Awel-Y-Mor is a beautifully maintained and well-equipped cottage in Aberaeron, praised for its cleanliness, comfort, and excellent location near the harbour and town centre. Guests appreciate the cosy atmosphere, secure garden, and thoughtful touches throughout the property. While some mention road noise and parking challenges, the positives far outweigh the negatives, with many guests eager to return. The property is ideal for families and dog owners, offering easy access to local attractions, shops, and scenic walks.

Multiple reviews highlight the property as spotlessly clean and exceptionally well maintained, with no negative comments regarding cleanliness.

The location is frequently described as excellent, close to the harbour, town centre, and local amenities. Some mention road noise and occasional parking difficulties, but overall feedback is highly positive.

Guests consistently mention the house as warm, cosy, and comfortable, with good beds and a welcoming atmosphere. A few note minor issues with road noise and the kitchen being on a lower level, but comfort is generally rated very highly.

The house is repeatedly described as well equipped, with a secure garden, well-stocked kitchen, and plenty of hot water. The only minor drawback mentioned is the kitchen's location on the lower ground floor.

Guests appreciate the care and attention to detail, with mentions of a generous welcome hamper and festive decorations. Please note that such gifts are not guaranteed for every stay.

A great house close to the centre of town & amenities. One slight downside is the kitchen being in the basement meaning a lot of stair climbing.Generally very comfortable and great views over the harbour. The house is just a few minutes walk from the harbour and pier.
