Fantastic property in great condition but slightly spoilt by issues that can easily be fixed. It took over 3 hours of emails and phone calls to get the key code. One nice bath towel per visitor but no hand towels in any of the 3 bathrooms. No tea towels or oven glove - had to use bath towel as an oven glove until we could buy one. No dessert spoons so it took ages to eat cereal with a teaspoon!!

I had a great break here with my extended family. The location is peaceful and we loved sitting out on the balcony. There were a few small things missing that would have made it even better. Garden is not fully enclosed- be aware if you have a dog. Maybe this will change when the building works next door are completed and the temporary fencing is replaced with something more permanent. For a large property, it really needs more mugs (there were only 6) and tea spoons (we bought extras) or you will be constantly washing up. There were no dishwahing sponges, tea towels or oven gloves provided. We bought our own, but this would have been a nice touch. Only 1 towel per person provided. A few hand towels for the bathrooms and a few extras for those of us with long hair who prefer to use 2 towels after a shower would be great.

Garden was not enclosed and we couldn’t let our dog out in the garden off the lead as there was several gaps that he would have gotten out and the side of the house had no secure gate I will be sending a full review via email with a list of things like not being able to use a pool cue without hitting the wall so was not what was advertised
