Communication was good. Car park behind property was a little tight for larger cars but wasn't a problem as long as you're careful. Needed to get the keys from a hotel 2 mins away which was unusual but not a problem at all - straightforward and they were very polite. Place was clean and just as described, an award winning renovation of a historic building. Hadn't appreciated that we had the entire first floor balcony to ourselves which was fantastic, even in the rain. Single glazing due to the age of the property and so a little street noise in the front bedroom but it was pretty quiet and had two bedrooms to the side which were completely silent. It was no more than 10 minutes walk to anywhere in town and literally one street away from the seafront.

The apartment was very spacious and comfortable. It was clean and presentable. Amazing to have a balcony to sit on and watch the world go by. It would have been handy if a couple of laundry tabs were provided for the washing machine. We had a lot of rain and got soaked so it would have been good to wash our clothes. We didn't want to buy a whole box/bottle for such a short stay. Other than that, we were very happy with everything. I would like to stay again. Thank you!

Perfect location & a lovely flat/apartment! However, the property did have a few things that needed us to call out the local contact to check/fix things. The boiler was temperamental and turned off during our stay. The flush in the master bedroom required us to call someone out as the water wouldnt stop running until we were shown how to in the short term fix the fault. The previous occupants had also left tin foil in the oven and had loaded up the dishwasher and put it on, but neither were emptied before our arrival. The local staff were very quick to respond to fix isues & I would happily stay here again.
