Front garden with summerhouse, sitting-out area, garden furniture and BBQ, 10 yards away. Private parking for 1 car. No smoking. Suitable for 1 small dog only.. Cartws Blaenparc Coach House is situated on the owner’s working farm, with fabulous views over the Cambrian Mountains, perfect for exploring the Cardigan coastline. There are over 60 miles of glorious coastline in Cardigan Bay, with lots of beaches and coves. The pretty coastal resort of New Quay and the colourful Georgian harbour town of Aberaeron can be easily reached within a 30-minute drive. You’re very likely to see dolphins in the bay and there are boat trips available to watch them and the other wildlife. The Victorian seaside and university town of Aberystwyth is also within easy reach and here you’ll find a traditional pier, promenade and the old electric cliff railway to the summit of Constitution Hill, where you can enjoy a panoramic view of the bay.
If outdoor activities are your thing, there are plenty of options for walkers and cyclists of all abilities as well as horse riding, canoeing and more. You can enjoy a day out at the National Trust Dolaucothi Gold Mines at Pumpsaint, the Silver Mountain Experience (silver-lead mines) at Ponterwyd or the red kite feeding centre at Bwlch Nant Yr Arian. Or why not take a trip on a traditional steam train from Abersytwyth to the falls at Devil’s Bridge?

We could not have been better looked after at Cartws Blaenparc Coach House. From the amazing welcome from the owners, the incredible welcome pack, to the beautifully well-set out and equipped Coach House and the amazing setting - everything was perfect, and we couldn't recommend this any higher! Lots of places to explore are just a short car-ride away - this is a really good base for exploring this part of Wales. We love our stay, and have highly recommended it to our friends and family.

We had a lovely stay at Cartws Blaenparc coach house.Our host Sandra was extremely helpful .The view was amazing to wake up to .The welcome pack was spectacular.The cottage had absolutely everything for the perfect escape and relaxation.Can’t wait for our next visit .
