Maesybryn offers a comfortable and relaxed stay with lovely bedrooms and a well-maintained hot tub and garden. It's ideal for families and dog owners, providing a good base for exploring the coast and enjoying local attractions. The hosts are praised for their hospitality, contributing to a brilliant holiday experience.
Guests have expressed concerns over cleanliness, mentioning musty kitchen cupboards, cobwebs, and spiders. However, not all reviews reflect this issue, indicating inconsistency in cleaning standards.
While the reviews mention the property's good location for exploring the coast and proximity to amenities, there is insufficient detail to accurately score the location.
The property is described as very comfortable with lovely bedrooms, and guests felt relaxed during their stay. However, some noted the lack of warm rugs on cold floors.
Facilities like the hot tub are appreciated, but there are reports of maintenance issues such as a non-working bath tap and a blocked sink. The garden's security for pets is also a concern.
The property provides a warm welcome with the house heated upon arrival. However, small details like limited hand soap and log supplies were noted. While no gifts are mentioned, guests should note that such amenities are not guaranteed.

Great week, good location for exploring the coast, isolated enough that we could make as much noise as we wanted, but not too far away from a shop pub petrol station etc. Accommodation was good for us as a young family with a dog as furnishings were in good used condition. Hot tub is a nice touch, great to come home too after a day out.
