It’s a very nice house full of character and we found it warm and largely comfortable. It’s a very convenient location with superb views you can be on the promenade on foot in 10 mins However on arrival the house didn’t seem very clean the towels weren’t very nice and the rug under the table in the kitchen was very grubby no welcome pack which is usually standard . Difficult access to the back garden down 21 steps no security light apparently this functions from the basement flat. These things are easy to remedy and inexpensive and would make it an even better holiday let Heather

It’s a good stroll into town but we enjoyed the walk. It is elevated above the town so the view from the dining room is amazing. There is only one bathroom but the toilet is separate with its own wash basin, so it was no problem for us. The garden is secure for dogs but down some steep steps, so we tended to walk the dogs round the block at night. Apart from that small issue, this house is wonderful. I would highly recommend.

Its also in a good location, just a 5/10 minute walk from the North Shore promenade, which provides a pleasant walk into the town.
