Beudy Bach is a well-received cottage in North Wales, praised for its peaceful location and homely feel. Guests appreciate the welcome hamper and the property's proximity to local attractions. The farm setting and interaction with animals are highlights for families. Some minor maintenance issues and suggestions for improvements are noted, but overall, guests recommend the property and express a desire to return.
The property is generally described as clean and well-maintained, with only one review mentioning dust and a lack of thorough cleaning. The majority of guests did not raise cleanliness as an issue, indicating satisfaction in this area.
The location is consistently praised for its tranquility and convenience for exploring North Wales. The rural setting and proximity to local towns and attractions contribute to a high score in this category.
Comfort receives positive remarks for homeliness and warmth, but there are several mentions of uncomfortable beds and a creaky bed frame. The overall comfort is appreciated, but these points lower the score.
Facilities are generally good, with a few reviews suggesting additions like mirrors near plug sockets, night lights, and pressure gates for toddlers. Some maintenance issues like a faulty toilet and basin, and a suggestion for better kitchen equipment, slightly reduce the score.
Guests mention thoughtful touches like a welcome hamper and responsiveness to queries. While gifts are appreciated, it is important to note that such extras are a courtesy and not guaranteed with every stay.

The cottage is up to date but retains the feel of an old barn. The bedroom was lovely and the bed was very comfortable. Particularly loved the open plan ground floor. Could do with some new baking trays, a frying pan and a few more glasses. Overall loved it and would definitely recommend staying there.

Spacious downstairs with all you need in the kitchen, dining area and sitting room with a tv and lovely electric fire place. We loved exposed beams, that gave a nice character to the place. At the time of our stay all cottages were occupied, but it was very quiet and peaceful so could have a relaxing evenings. Upstairs three bedrooms, single one on a small side but perfect for a child, two other doubles and nicely decorated. Unfortunately our only complain are beds, bed frames are wooden and were making squeaking noise every time one of us moved, so if you are a light sleeper that was not a comfortable rest at all. Please look into this as otherwise place is lovely, close to everything we wanted to see in North Wales.
