Make yourself at home in the sitting room where you can relax and unwind upon the leather sofas as you catch up on your favourite TV shows, keeping warm from the heat of the woodburning stove. Move into the country style kitchen/diner and utilise the range of appliances on offer, including an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge and even a dishwasher so washing up will be a breeze! Dine at the dining table or head into the warm and welcoming conservatory as you admire the far-reaching valley views. For a family day out, head to Llandudno and stroll along the famous promenade whilst the aroma of fish and chips sparks your hunger, before browsing the concessions of Wales’ longest pier and enjoying a tramway up the Great Orme. Those feeling adventurous should take a scenic drive to Snowdonia National Park, which can be reached within 30 minutes, to hike the formidable Mount Snowdon, Wales' highest peak, which offers breath-taking views and a once-in-a-lifetime experience. For even more fun, travel further afield to Colwyn Bay, where you'll find attractions like the Welsh Mountain Zoo, a theatre, and a variety of historical landmarks; there’s something for everyone to enjoy. At the end of day, return to the comfort of Cwm heulog and recharge your batteries for the next adventure.
Llanfair Talhaiarn is a quiet Welsh village boasting a Post Office and two pubs, whilst the seaside town of Abergele is found on the North Wales coastline, ideally positioned between the Vale of Clwyd and Conwy Valley. Renowned for the impressive Gwrych Castle which overlooks the town, its enormous sandy beach and access to a coastal cycle path which runs along the Abergele seafront, it is a popular destination for families and adventures wanting to explore the magnificent coast and countryside this part of North Wales has to offer.

Spacious, well furnished, quiet, equipped with everything you could need for a holiday. Good views, especially in the snow! The new ensuite is lovely, though the water pressure is low and takes along time to heat the water in the shower. (I only mention incase the owners are not aware of this.) We will be back next year for our next stay
