Gwrych View is a delightful lodge on Parkdean's Ty Mawr site near the beach in Towyn, Conwy. Towyn is a popular seaside resort residing in Conwy, in between the neighbouring coastal towns of Rhyl and Llandudno. This bustling town is home to a sandy beach which stretches for miles alongside Victorian arcades, classic fish and chip shops, and local pubs and shops. Popular attractions in the town include The Tir Prince Leisure Park, a thrilling amusement park boasting the North West’s leading Harness Raceway, the largest outdoor weekly market in North Wales, and a range of rides for all the family, there's also Knightly's Fun Park, a family-friendly attraction with a funfair with a vibrant bar and restaurant. A short drive away is the Clwydian Mountain Range, several rolling hills based in north east Wales, running from Llandegla in the south to Prestatyn in the north, and the highest point Moel Famau, a very popular Christmas and New Years walking destination. Llandudno is further afield in Conwy, home to a traditional pier, cable car station, underground tours of ancient mines, and a fun promenade. There is also a TV with Freeview in the second bedroom.

Site has amusement arcade,indoor heated swimming pool and waterslide, zip wire, kayaking, crazy golf, aqua jets and archery, adventure playground and crafts den (passes for leisure activities can be purchased on site from Parkdean reception area).

Restaurant onsite with access during daytime and any leisure pass purchased at Parkdean's reception also includes evening access to the area for the evening restaurant where evening meals can be purchased, there is also a Show Bar with family entertainment.

During December weekends there is a Winter Wonderland on site and the property lounge is also decorated for Christmas with tree and lights.
Easy access to site from main North Wales transport routes and off-road parking for 1 car.
Gwrych View is near to the beach and also has some Castle views as the property is only approximately a 10 minute drive to Gwrych Castle where I'm A Celebrity was filmed.

Please note there is cctv on front and side decking but this will never be in use when guests are at the property, it is only in use when the property is vacant for security reasons.
