There are three lovely bedrooms, comprising a king-size double, a double and twin room, with the benefits of a ground floor bedroom and shower room for the less mobile if required, as well as a first floor family bathroom. The living space is bright, airy and open plan with a fitted kitchen and comfy corner seat sofa in the sitting area with a welcoming dining area and patio doors that open onto the enclosed patio. This space offers a lovely sun trap to sit and relax enjoying the country views over pastureland before hopping in the hot tub for a relaxing soak. Betws yn Rhos is a peaceful Welsh village with a local village shop, Post Office and friendly village pub which offers quality dining, real ales, games room and dog-friendly beer garden. The Silver Birch golf course is a welcoming Pay and Play 18-hole course, which is also home to the first 18-hole Footgolf in Wales, suitable for all ages and skills. Within 4 miles you will find the sandy beaches and coastal path leading from Colwyn Bay, through Llanddulas and into Abergele, which is a pleasant seaside town on the lovely North Wales coastline and is ideally positioned between the stunning Vale of Clwyd and the lovely Conwy Valley.
