Abergele, a charming North Wales seaside resort, is conveniently located between the picturesque Vale of Clwyd and the beautiful Conwy Valley. Safe bathing waters and excellent watersports facilities are available throughout the area, which is known for the magnificent Gwrych Castle that overlooks the town. Abergele has a coastal cycle path that follows the shoreline, and hikers can easily access the nearby Offa's Dyke trail, Clwydian Hill Range, and picturesque Betws-y-Coed (also known as the "Gateway to Snowdonia"). Rhuddlan, Bodelwyddan, Conwy, and Caernarfon have stunning castles that you must see, and the award-winning Victorian town of Llandudno is close by and has great shopping, dining, a dry ski slope, and thrilling cable car rides over the Great Orme.
