This quaint three bedroom cottage is the perfect getaway for those seeking a cosy and rustic atmosphere. The cottage boasts a charming exterior with sits amongst over 25 acres of beautiful farmland with over a mile of walks on our own land, offering stunning views of the rolling Welsh hillsides, Snowdonia Mountain range and our own wildlife ponds and traditional duck pond, which our guests are welcome to enjoy whilst staying with us and a colourful garden filled with fragrant flowers.

The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, and the dining area has a large table that can seat six. The three bedrooms are tastefully decorated with comfortable beds and soft linens, providing a peaceful night’s sleep. The cottage also features a private patio area with outdoor furniture, perfect for enjoying a morning cup of coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. With its charming decor and peaceful surroundings, this three-bed cottage is an ideal retreat for a relaxing getaway. Outside, guests can enjoy the peaceful surroundings and take in the breathtaking views of the Welsh countryside. Relax under the stars in one of the properties’ hot tubs which can be booked directly with the owner for a local charge.

Primrose Cottage is also conveniently located near the charming town of Abergele famous for its Gwrych Castle - a historic castle with stunning views and fascinating history. Take a short drive to sandy Pensarn Beach perfect for swimming, sunbathing, and water sports. If you fancy a round of golf the local Abergele Golf Club offers spectacular views of the surrounding countryside. Or enjoy a visit to The Kinmel Arms - a historic pub with a cosy atmosphere and delicious food. The Welsh Mountain Zoo is a popular destination for families with a variety of animals to see and interactive exhibits. Pen Y Bryn is ideally located to enjoy all that the area has to offer and to create holiday memories with loved ones and friends.

Lovely place and easy location to get to places. Good size for 2 people. Took a while for the place to warm up when we first got there. Had 2 dogs with us and it was ideal for them .Would like to have some more gravel outside as it’s pretty muddy outside and you just bring it indoors. Rented the hot tub by the farm house which was great . Bring a descent mirror with you so you can do your hair / makeup.Overall a nice place for a few days.

Location perfect, brilliant property condition throughout. Lots of options for the dog walkers. Only negative points are only one bathroom between 3 rooms, beds weren’t quite comfortable and check out time is quite early 10am.
