The heart of the home is its huge lounge/diner, where you can gather in front of the wood burner and enjoy cosy evenings together. Steps lead from the dining area up to the kitchen, which is centred around an antique dairy table and includes a range-style cooker. A utility room provides laundry facilities and there’s also a shower room on this level, plus a welcoming snug which has a second wood burner as well as a Smart TV. When you’re feeling tired, head up the stairs to find the three stunning, spacious bedrooms, all of which have soaring, beamed ceilings and tasteful decor. A family bathroom with a handsome roll-top bath completes the interior. The outside space is just as impressive as the inside, and includes a dining table and a hot tub, both with incredible views. There’s also a large lawn with lovely flower borders and, down a short path, a small lake where log seating is arranged around a fire pit.
The property is located in Tyn Y Groes, 4 miles from Conwy, a beautifully preserved medieval town where ancient walls encircle cobbled streets filled with enticing boutiques and restaurants. The eastern edge of the Eryri (Snowdonia) National Park, is less than a mile away, and outdoorsy types can walk, climb, ride, cycle, fish and more, discovering glorious views along the way.
