Capel Y Ffynnon is situated in Bryn Pydew, a small settlement to the east of Llandudno, world famous for its free roaming mountain goats. Just a short drive will take you to the beach and Victorian promenade, where you will find high street shops, restaurants, and cafés to explore. North Wales is recognised as the adventure capital of Europe, if you are looking for action, head over to the Snowdonia National Park to zipline over a disused quarry, swim in one of the many picturesque lakes or climb to the top of Wales’ highest mountain, Snowdon. There is Gwrych Castle, which was home to "I’m a Celebrity, Get Me Out of Here" stars for two consecutive years. There is also the fantastic Welsh Mountain Zoo. Conwy valley Museum is a lovely day out for all ages, as is Manorafon farm park. Betws-y-coed is a delightful place to visit, and walk around, with local shops and places to eat, and a beautiful waterfall nearby, where it’s great to gather and play in the shallow water. Rhos on sea is another gorgeous coastal day trip. You really can do it all! Couples and multi-generational families will thoroughly enjoy a luxury stay here on the North Wales coast. Beach 2½ miles.

Somewhere to stay away from the hustle and bustle of life, but only a couple of miles away from Rhos or Deganwy. Taxis are a restricted if you wish to go out as a six, we had to use one from Llandudno, which you then pay a premium for because its out of their area but if you can travel in normal cars, there is a company in Rhos who will asist. The property is easy to find, clean and tidy with ample room for everyone to sit comfortably in the lounge area. Kitchen has sufficient appliances and utensils, but would suggest maybe supply more than one tea towel, as one is not enough when washing up for six people. Bedrooms are comfortable and clean.

We had a lovely stay at Capel y Ffynnon. The house is spacious and clean, and well equipped. The location is great- we went out each day to local attractions and they were all within a short 15-20 mind drive if not less. There aren't many local amenities nearby, but there is a pub a short drive away. As I said, we were out most of the day but came back in the evenings to cook and relax. The house was a great place to relax after a busy day out and our kids loved the fact it was 'upside.down' with the bedrooms downstairs and living room and kitchen upstairs.
