Castle View is a well-regarded cottage in North Wales, praised for its excellent location, comfortable furnishings, and lovely views. Guests appreciate the property's cleanliness and the thoughtful touches provided by the owners. While some guests mention challenges with parking due to the steep gradient and steps, the property's charm and amenities, including a well-equipped kitchen and comfortable beds, contribute to a pleasant stay. The area is ideal for walks and exploring local attractions, making it a favourite for many who wish to return.
Most guests found Castle View to be clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and a welcoming atmosphere. However, a few guests noted areas that could benefit from deeper cleaning or maintenance, such as windows and outdoor spaces, which slightly impacts the overall cleanliness score.
The location of Castle View is highly praised for its proximity to local attractions, quiet neighbourhood, and stunning views. The convenience of nearby walks, beaches, and towns like Conwy and Llandudno enhances the appeal, despite some concerns about the steep parking area.
Guests generally find the property comfortable, with special mentions of the quality of the beds and linens, as well as the recliner sofa. Some guests suggested improvements for even greater comfort, such as firmer mattresses and additional bathroom safety features.
The cottage is appreciated for its well-equipped kitchen and comfortable living areas. However, guests have suggested that some facilities require attention, such as the hot water system and outdoor lighting. The presence of modern amenities like Netflix is a plus, but the need for clearer instructions and maintenance detracts from the score.
The owners' thoughtfulness is evident in the provision of a welcome tray and the overall comfort of the property. While gifts like coffee pods were expected but not always found, it is clear that the owners endeavour to create a pleasant experience, although it's important to note that such gifts are subject to availability and not guaranteed.

I have just returned from my second visit and canât wait to go back. The views are amazing and there are wonderful walks from the doorstep. It is an easy walk into Conway and there is a supermarket close by. Perfect location.
