Guests consistently praise the property for its modern amenities, cleanliness, and secure garden, ideal for families and pets. The location is appreciated for its proximity to local attractions and the beach. Comfortable beds and a cosy lounge are frequently mentioned, alongside the helpfulness of the owners. While minor issues are noted, the overall sentiment is highly positive, with many expressing a desire to return.
Reviews overwhelmingly commend the property's cleanliness, with numerous mentions of its spotless condition and modern presentation. One isolated incident regarding an unflushed toilet suggests a minor oversight rather than a trend, hence the near-perfect score.
The property's location is highly regarded for its quiet residential setting, proximity to the beach, and ease of access to local towns and attractions. The convenience to amenities and scenic views contribute to the high score.
Guests frequently highlight the comfortable beds, cosy lounge, and modern bathroom. Some concerns about low sofas and a damaged bed frame are noted, but these do not detract significantly from the overall comfort experienced by guests.
The property is praised for its well-equipped kitchen, secure garden, and modern facilities. However, minor maintenance issues like a leaky shower seal and a comment on parking constraints suggest room for improvement, leading to a slightly lower score.
The owners' thoughtfulness is evident in the provision of welcome gifts and attention to detail. While gifts are warmly received, they are not consistently mentioned across reviews, and it is politely noted that such gestures, though appreciated, are not guaranteed.

It was warm and comfortable. It is well situated for getting to the beaches and other attractions in Colwyn Bay and Llandudno.

The house is well presented although the sofas differ from the photos and the main bed was damaged which meant you couldn't sit at the end of it! A couple of other small drawbacks were how loud and creaky floorboards were upstairs (when trying to creep out after putting a toddler to bed!) and the decking was lifting up in the garden. Also the kitchen was very nice but only had one baking tray which was a challenge at times. It should also be noted the garage was full so that couldn't be used as a parking space and we did find the parking out front totally full twice over the week and had to park a short distance away- which was fine for us but probably worth noting for those with disabilities etc. However whilst i've mentioned some 'negatives' we really did enjoy the stay, the house was really very nice, and the location was fantastic.

E. everything a "home" would have. We do have one slight reservation from the female section though, and that was the Bathroom ought to have a "Blind/Curtain" fitted as they felt a little loss of privacy in there when taking a Shower etc. Apart from that it was a hassle free holiday and within places to visit as well.
