Positioned right on the banks of the Conwy estuary, this stunning property benefits from an unrivalled 180-degree view. Sit and watch the birds from the rspb Conwy Nature Reserve, the ebb and flow of the tide and views over toward the castle from the balcony. This beautifully presented two-bedroomed property is set over three floors. As you enter you will discover a kitchenette where you can store drinks in the fridge/freezer or make a hot drink and access the patio. From the kitchenette is the first of the two bedrooms featuring a zip and link kingsize bed which can be changed to a twin room upon request. This room offers spectacular views and has an en-suite shower room. Also, to this floor you will find a further toilet. This makes it ideal for two couples travelling together or families with older children. Head up to the first floor open plan living space with double doors to a well-equipped kitchen. From the dining/living area you can enjoy a full estuary view, head out to the balcony to sip your morning coffee or watch the incredible sunsets with a glass of something cold in the evening. There is an electric fire for those chillier evenings and comfortable sofas. Up to the second floor is the family bathroom. The second bedroom is very spacious, enjoys stunning views and features a kingsize bed, plenty of storage, Freeview TV and a music system for bluetooth, DAB radio and CDs.
Situated close to the walled town of Conwy, along with the Victorian seaside town of Llandudno and just a short drive into the Snowdonia National Park, it is easy to see why guests would choose to stay here. If you are looking for action, you will find an abundance of adrenaline activities for all ages and interest. You can experience the fastest zipline in Europe, climb the highest mountain in Wales or enjoy some of the many water sports available. Facilities for walkers, cyclists and those wanting a quiet day fishing, are also catered for. Just a short drive from The View will take you to the stunning marinas at Conwy or Deganwy were you can enjoy cocktails whilst admiring the boats and yachts passing by. Head over to Llandudno and take a stroll along the Victorian promenade, soak up the traditional seaside vibes, treat yourself to fish and chips or take a seat at one of the many cafés. A visit to the spectacular botanical gardens at the world famous Bodnant Gardens, just a short drive away, is worth a visit at any time of year. Beach 3 miles.

We had a lovely weeks holiday at the View . The house was well appointed with every thing you could need . The view from all levels , especially from the lounge balcony was stunning . The house was spotlessly clean and well maintained. Communication with Vicki , the owner was excellent. Ideally situated to reach numerous places including Llandudno and Conwy . We used the train for several trips with the station in close proximity. Ideal spot for anyone interested in bird watching . Would highly recommend.

An amazing property with fantastic views of the estuary and the mountains behind. The house is furnished and equipped to a very high standard, including the provision of two sets of binoculars to watch the estuary birds when the tide was out.(Kitchen rolls, cling film, salt, pepper, tea, coffee, sugar, and oil all available + welcome pack of Welsh cakes, butter, jam and milk. Very nice touch). We only cooked indoors a couple of times, but the oven seemed fine.The weather was kind, mostly dry and not too hot, so we did a LOT!. Harlech Castle and Portmeirion and a quick look at Cricieth one day, Holyhead and Beaumaris, Llandudno and the Great Orme by tram, not forgetting the Bronze Age copper mine, Bodnant and Conwy Castle, Penrhyn and Caernarfon Castles, and finally Plas Newydd. (Membership of National Trust and English Heritage/ Cade helped with the entry charges!

We had a great holiday at the view. The house was very clean and comfortable. We loved the location with the view of the river and the trains coming past. Although there aren't many amenities within walking distance, there is plenty to explore nearby by car. Kitchen was well equipped and the recliner chairs in the living room were a bonus. Beds were comfortable and the bedrooms were a good size. Loved the detail in the guides and everything was clearly labelled. Excellent communication from the host. All in all a great experience that we couldn't fault.
