Guests have praised Llecha for its beautiful location, well-equipped kitchen, and stunning views. The property offers a peaceful setting with a wildlife-friendly garden and is within easy reach of local attractions. The host's hospitality is frequently commended, and thoughtful touches like a welcome bottle of wine and cookies have been appreciated. Some minor issues with internet connectivity and a single bathroom for multiple guests were mentioned, but overall, the property provides a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
The property is generally described as clean and well-maintained, with only a few mentions of cobwebs and wood lice, which seem to be isolated incidents rather than a common concern among guests.
The location is highly praised for its tranquility, spectacular views, and proximity to attractions. However, the single-track access road and rural setting may not suit everyone, and the distance to shops and restaurants was noted by a guest.
The property is consistently described as comfortable and spacious, with plenty of room for guests. Some concerns were raised about the number of bathrooms for larger groups and the quality of some mattresses.
Facilities are generally well-received, with a well-equipped kitchen and additional amenities like games and outdoor seating. However, there are comments about the lack of a second toilet upstairs, issues with the internet connection, and heating control, which suggest room for improvement in maintenance.
The host's thoughtfulness is evident in the welcome gestures and the provision of essentials. Guests have mentioned gifts such as wine and cookies, which add to the experience, though it is noted that such extras are a bonus and not guaranteed.

The owner (Rae) met us as we came off the A55 and pointed out the local restaurant and shops on the way to the house.. We were given a detailed tour of the property to familiarise us with the kitchen and bathroom equipment. We really enjoyed our stay at Llecha, which was within easy travelling distance to all the places we wanted to visit. i.e. close to the A55 for Colwyn Bay, Llandudno,, Conway and Snowdonia. An absolute delight to stay there.

Everything we needed was an easy 10 minute drive away, and we enjoyed lots of different activities within a 30 minute drive. If you have children with you I can recommend the Welsh mountain zoo (20 minute drive). It's in an absolutely beautiful setting and was relatively quiet despite it being summer holidays.

The cottage was very well equipped which made our stay very enjoyable.
