The location is highly praised for being perfect, with everything close at hand, including the seafront, local shops, and the train station. Its proximity to amenities and the town centre is a significant advantage.
Guests find the beds comfortable and the living spaces cosy. However, some reviews suggest minor improvements for accessibility and the provision of non-slip mats in bathrooms for added safety and comfort.
The property offers well-appreciated facilities like a games room and well-equipped kitchen. However, there are several mentions of maintenance issues such as broken window locks, missing pool cues, and non-functioning TV remotes, which slightly impact the score.

Noah's Rest is a beautiful holiday home which lies in the delightful coastal town of Llandudno in North Wales. Get a sense of the property's character immediately as you are greeted by a stunning stained glass window and period floor tiles in the spacious hallway. On the right find a lovely sitting room which features comfortable seating in the bay window, a Smart TV and a fabulous fireplace, a refreshing room providing an ideal spot to kick back and relax after a day of exploring Llandudno. At the end of the hallway you will find the designer kitchen with contemporary fixtures and fittings, this leads onto a wonderful conservatory/dining room so you can enjoy your meals in the warmth of the summer sun. The ground-floor also plays host to a thoughtful, disabled friendly bathroom. Five bedrooms lie on the first and second floors with feature fireplaces to add a sense of charm and soothing views across the town add a fine finishing touch. The three family bathrooms are exquisite and elegant, providing a peaceful spot to enjoy a long soak after a walk along the breathtaking headlands nearby. Wander outside for more of Noah's Rest's excellence, where you will find a fantastic games room incorporating a pool table and air hockey table to keep you busy on a rainy day. Llandudno offers everything that you need and more - head to The Nevill pub for a hearty meal, Osborne's Cafe Grill for some delectable beach side dining, take a stroll along Llandudno Promenade to enjoy some stunning views then go to spend the rest of the day at North Shore Beach. In the lovely nearby town of Conwy, history lovers can visit the imposing, 13th-century Conwy Castle, and nature lovers will love a walk through the wonderful 114-acres of RSPB Conwy. Then head to Johnny Dough's at The Bridge for a delicious family pizza night. A stone's throw away you'll find the gorgeous Colwyn Bay where you can say hello to the animals at Welsh Mountain Zoo, enjoy a picnic amongst the bright blooms in Queens Gardens, and you're lucky enough, catch a show at Harlequin Puppet Theatre. Noah's Rest is a tremendous property in a stunning North Wales location.
Llandudno lies between two headlands, the Great Orme and the Little Orme and it is these headlands, and the town's two waterfronts, that give this tourist resort its special appeal. The town offers two superb beaches - the North Shore, with its wide promenade backed by an imposing crescent of Victorian hotels and the quieter West Shore with miles of sandy shoreline backed by sand dunes and superb views towards Anglesey. For the best views, however, you can reach the summit of the 679ft Great Orme using either the Great Orme Tramway or by taking an exciting cable car ride of over a mile. The town has an excellent selection of shops, pubs, restaurants and cafés, as well as Venue Cymru, which is North Wales' premier theatrical stage for opera, ballet, musicals, comedy and visiting orchestras, boasting a programme that is second to none - all this is just a stone's throw from the promenade. Just 4 miles away is the town of Conwy - a designated World Heritage Site. A true medieval gem, Conwy is dominated by a splendid castle and completely enclosed by its well-preserved town walls. Discover miles of sandy beaches along the North Wales coast and excellent walking and climbing in the Snowdonia National Park just 20 minutes' drive away - there's plenty to see and do!
