Sit and enjoy a morning coffee or sip a cold drink whilst watching a spectacular sunset.  This tiered garden offers seating and table to the top and down some steps to the lower courtyard with seating and dining area for four.  When it is time to freshen up the first-floor bathroom offers a walk-in shower, toilet and basin.  There are three lovely bedrooms with a double and two singles all with quality mattress and linen, ensuring a great night sleep. 

Franny’s Cottage is in an elevated position between the mountains and the sea.  Situated just on the edge of the Snowdonia National Park, it presents spectacular views over to the Isle of Anglesey, Menai Straits and The Great Orme.  Just a short stroll will take you to the beach at Penmaenmawr, or a 20-minute drive and you are. . .
