Alison , the host was very helpful and friendly with advice on visits in the area .

The property was very clean and tidy and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. Ideally situated for the tourist attractions of North Wales. The nearby Queens Head pub provided lovely food and we found an excellent Italian restaurant (The Casanova) in Llandudno. Alison, the owner, was very friendly and the welcome cake and prosecco were much appreciated. We would recommend this property.

4 good sized bedroom, two bathrooms, well equipped kitchen. Great location for touring yet still very secluded. We visited Conwy and Caernarfon for the castles, Llandudno and Rhyl for the seaside and Chester and Shrewsbury as classic English towns. Lots of nice nearby restaurants although I lined the Junction Tandoori Llandudno Junction which is a great curry house. We didn’t trade the train but may do next time as Llandudno Jct train station loads of great connections. Alison the owner brilliant and the lemon cake and Prosecco was a lovely welcome surprise. We will be back.
