The hall was excellent with everything well thought out from the 2 ovens (ideal for our large party) the games room, EV charging point, well equipped utility room, large dining table and the many bathrooms. As a party with 3 toddlers it was perfect with a private play area and the hot tub was amazing. The only thing that was missing was a pen to write an excellent review in the visitors book (lol). Would highly recommend it for anyone wishing to have a memorable holiday. Only constructed piece of advice would be to have a sign on the slip road to direct cars to the right hand side to the hall

Just got back from a weeks stay and this was possibly the best place we have ever stayed. It had Internet throughout the whole house which is 5 bedroom (2 en suite) with comfortable beds and plenty of space. There is a main living room with a table that sits 10 perfect for eating together and a little games room with a pool table. The TV was a smart one with access to all the apps and the heating was so good we turned it down!! The kitchen was equipped with everything you could think of which meant we enjoyed a very large Sunday roast. The kids bounced between the games room and the 8 person hot tub and the adults got some time to enjoy a soak as well. There's a play area with swings and a slide along with a bbq area and some picnic tables but there is also a set of garden furniture which is comfier than the picnic tables and enough to seat most people if they weren't in the hot tub. The house is set back from the road which gives you peace and also contains the noise you create whilst making memories. The road up to the house is a bit bumpy but the supermarket delivery driver was able to get up and down with no issues. There's a good pub at the bottom of the road and a shop not too much further away. It's a perfect base to get to a number of local places such as Bala lake or Betws-y-coed and then slightly further away we visited Conwy. I would highly recommend this place and hope to go back again soon
