Enter into the stylish kitchen on arrival and be immediately impressed by the wonderful offering of appliances in this culinary haven, with two electric ovens, two fridges, a wine cooler, and many more at your fingertips, you can look forward to evenings spent around the breakfast bar with a glass of wine while food simmers on the hob. Delight in coming together around the dining table in the next room for family meals, with a TV in the corner perfect for catching up on the news with breakfast. A handy cloakroom can be accessed from the kitchen, whilst heading back through the kitchen and up four steps brings you into the heart of the home; the spacious sitting room features a beautiful wood burning stove in the corner, placed perfectly before the large corner sofa where you can wind down as you watch the Smart TV. In the summer months, grab a cold beverage from the drinks cooler in here and bring the outside in by opening up the stunning bi-fold doors that lead onto the patio, where a long outdoor dining table and chairs and fire pit makes the perfect spot for alfresco meals, with outdoor automatic lighting and a luxurious hot tub to relax in beneath the stars. Embark on a journey back in time on a vintage steam train from Corwen to Llangollen on the Llangollen Heritage Steam Railway, taking you through picturesque countryside before arriving in the pretty town.
