A wonderful, stylish, detached stone farmhouse with lawns and enjoying superb views across open countryside towards Cerrgydrudion. The largest of the three holiday cottages, Ty Gwyn offers tastefully furnished accommodation throughout. Guests enter into a spacious hallway which opens into a large sitting room with oak beams, and a welcoming woodburner to relax in front of on those cooler evenings. In the summer, open the French doors to let the warm breeze in and enjoy the peace and tranquillity of the location. The kitchen is modern and well equipped with a large dining table where you can relax and enjoy some sumptuous home-cooked food or enjoy alfresco dining on the patio before stepping into the luxury private hot tub to soak away the days activities.
When it is time to retire to bed, you will find four stylish bedrooms, three of them with en-suite facilities, including a family room which is ideal for the children to make their own with four single beds and an en-suite bathroom. We had a couple of questions in the run-up and the host was really responsive of text. The kitchen is well-stocked with utensils etc. and the bedrooms were larger than the impression from the pictures. The views are amazing and the hot tub tops it all off.

From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The cottage was spotless, beautifully decorated, and full of charm â a perfect balance of comfort and character. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and every little detail had been thoughtfully provided, from the well-equipped kitchen to the cozy sitting area.

Beautiful views and surroundings. Great base for exploring. Hot tub was amazing and clean. Garden good size that allowed for outside activities such as badminton. 2 complimentary bottles of wine provided. All kitchen equipment provided except sponges and paper towels, need to take condiments. Toilet rolls provided too. We had an amazing stay here catering for ages 12 to 86 years. No gas BBQ in the shed as listed, although did provide small charcoal BBQ but was a bit rusty, so we only used it as a fire pit. Front was off the washing machine detergent draw, however we were still able to use it, but draw needed clean before use. Bottom 3 steps of stairs are really noise and disturbed people when early birds got up in the morning. Size of beds as described debatable, but not an issue for us. Double room without bathroom is lovely but over bio mass heater that makes a noise at intervals during the night, so don't put a light sleeper in there.
