The living room oozes relaxation with piano, creating a warming atmosphere in which to relax after a busy day exploring. When night falls, head through to find three lovely bedrooms in the form of two king-size bedrooms and a double all with feather duvets and pillows. The garden is not fully enclosed although there is a large secure gated patio area with seating.
Just a short stroll the famous Thomas Telford Pontcysyllte Aqueduct and a short drive to Llangollen Godre’r Coed provides an idyllic base from where you can discover breath taking scenery, enjoy a plethora of outdoor activities or stroll to the local pub for a Welsh pint. The beautiful vale of Llangollen is 3 miles away with its dramatic mountain backdrop and boulder-strewn River Dee and is home to the internationally famous Music Eisteddfod. Explore the green valley by steam train or canal boat, or take an exhilarating walk up to Castell Dinas Brân above the town, to enjoy the day view then drop down for a welcome drink at the Telford Arms. The area appeals to walkers and cyclists alike with the Offa’s Dyke path and Llandegla forest nearby. There are mountain biking trails and road cycling routes straight from the property and a superb golf course very nearby. You can also relax next to the beautiful river Dee and enjoy some excellent fishing.
