Wi-Fi**. All properties with Wi-Fi are able to support basic functionality such as web browsing and checking emails. We aim to offer an uninterrupted service but sometimes due to factors beyond our control reliability can be affected.

Security Deposit
There is a £200 security deposit payable on arrival by card. If you do not have a credit card the deposit can be paid in cash. The deposit will be refunded to you within 10 days of your departure as long as no damage is caused.
Group Bookings/Party Types
No Contractors, builders, work parties, large groups, stag or hen parties are accepted at Penvale Lakes Lodges. This site is solely for leisure guests.'
Facilities
The fishing lake has rainbow trout and the park holds its own fishing licence however fishing tackle is not provided.
Please note the office is manned until 6pm every day so arrangements only need to be made if a guest is arriving after that time.
The swimming pool and Wifi are still out of action 9th-31st May.

The lodges are being renovated ,new decking and inside being redone ,which might addres previous re. The location , the rooms and ensuites very spacious , The size of the lodge is very spacious ,all mod cons ,big fridge , kitchen well equipped There are walking trails at the end of the location at the top by the cottage ,great views of the area from the walking trails. The hotub was big fit 6 people comfortably, and the jets were powerful. Big large TV . The lodge was warm airy and had nice views of the mountains . The WiFi worked well anywhere from 25-45 meg download speed The TV remotes were pretty unresponsive, it took ages to change TV channels .

The lodge itself was a grand design with lots of light. Naturally due to high ceilings and previous guests having children you can see spots on the ceiling where slime balls have been thrown but being so high up it would be hard for anyone to clean.Also note that few doors had holes from people slamming doors open resulting in damage. But it's nothing that affects your ability to enjoy the lodge.

Perfect beautiful picturesque, facilities great, Lodge had everything needed, well cared for and spacious. Staff so kind and help full we had a bit of a situation and staff let us have a late check out it really meant a lot
