Tucked away in the small welsh village of Kinmel Bay in North Wales, is this charming, detached bungalow, Cove House. Enjoying a beachfront location and sleeping up to four guests, Cove House is the perfect setting for a small family or group of friends to relish in a coastal retreat. Arriving at the property, a convenient off-road parking space will greet you along with a neat front garden with seating, perfect for sipping on your morning coffee and watching the world go by. Be welcomed into the spacious open-plan living area, where you can look forward to conjuring up a delicious feast in the well-equipped kitchen, with handy washing machine for popping those sandy clothes on a spin! Settle down around the dining table and tuck-in to a delicious meal as you discuss plans for the days ahead. Retire to the generous corner sofa with a glass of wine and select your favourite film to watch on the Smart TV with soundbar, as the SMEG electric fire adds a warmth and glow to the space. As your eyes grow heavy, head to one of two well-presented bedrooms, a double and a small double, both with charming nautical touches, to catch your rest in. Nestled in the heart of North Wales near to the thriving coastal resort of Rhyl, is the delightful village of Kinmel Bay. Home to a beautiful sandy beach which attracts many water sports enthusiasts, as well as those who just want to soak up the scenery and feel the sand between their toes. In the village you will also find, a good selection of shops, a well-stocked supermarket and a small selection of restaurants. Take the short drive or walk into Rhyl town centre, where you will find an aquarium, a sun centre and a excellent selection of eateries.

The only drawback is the access to the property as the roads are atrocious, I do understand that is not the problem of the owners but the local Council. Apart from that it was really good. Simon and Rachael sent me a text on the day we were arriving, and also on the day we left to wish us a safe journey. Much appreciated and thank you. David
