Wouldn’t go back. I booked two caravans and were placed opposite ends of the park. Directly behind my caravan was a mainline train from 4:30am - 11:30pm it was so loud and shook the caravan I didn’t get much sleep. My caravan was lovely and bed comfy whereas my daughters was not as had a big hole in a door, stain on the curtain, one blind was broken and was generally ran down even though same standard caravan. It was far too busy (bank holiday) staff lied about having a travel cot, then said they didn’t have any even though I’d rang, then found one, was disgusting and broken. Security brought a brand new one within minutes not hours, thankyou. Unsupervised kids everywhere causing trouble, litter all over the park, bins over flowing. Young lads on the go-karts were friendly and helpful. Chippy was nice. Soft play was closed (not sure why) Thankfully we had a lot of plans offsite.
