Guests say

Maestyddyn Farm House is a well-received holiday rental with guests praising its comfort, spaciousness, and amenities such as hot tubs and a games room. The owner's friendliness and the property's suitability for large groups and pets are consistently highlighted. The rural setting on a working farm adds to its charm, although minor cleanliness and maintenance issues are noted.

Most guests found the property clean and comfortable, but there were some concerns about cobwebs, mould in showers, and hot tub cleanliness. These issues seem to be exceptions rather than the rule, suggesting generally good but occasionally inconsistent cleanliness standards.

The property's location in North Wales & Snowdonia is highly appreciated for its beautiful surroundings and tranquillity. It is described as remote and peaceful, ideal for sightseeing and walks, although the working farm setting may occasionally present typical rural smells.

Guests consistently mention the comfort of the beds and the spaciousness of the property, which accommodates large groups with ease. The presence of en-suite bathrooms and underfloor heating adds to the overall comfort level experienced by visitors.

The farmhouse is praised for its well-thought-out facilities, including hot tubs, a sauna, and a games room. However, some guests reported minor maintenance issues such as worn kitchenware, loose door handles, and the need for jet washing near the hot tubs.

The owner's hospitality is frequently commended, with mentions of a welcome hamper filled with Welsh goodies. While these gestures are appreciated, it is noted that such personal touches, though likely, are not guaranteed for every stay.

The house is so spacious and in a peaceful area (even though it’s a working farm) Eryl was very friendly and came straight over when we had a little problem. We can’t wait to return.

Very warm and clean when we arrived . There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out if they wanted to but also enough room to have time together in one place . The dining room was lovely and big for us all to eat as a family a group of 17 . The owner was very good in communication and kept us informed of the weather as it had snowed the day before we arrived and also said if the snow was still there sledges were there for us to use , unfortunately it had nearly all gone once there . One of our party did mention to our group that at times the smell was very strong , didn’t bother everyone , so just a reminder it is a working farm and some things /smell are unavoidable. There was a great field at the back of the farm house set aside for dogs and there owners where they can go for a run in a secure place . We used one of the hot tubs had a great few hrs in there , did feel the chlorine was very strong so maybe not suitable for children . All in all a fantastic 4 nights stay and Thankyou Eryl for the use of the farm house
