Large property well situated. Room for a large family group with everything needed. In need of some TLC some painting and decorating. Decking to garden needs replacing also towels and bedding although clean are discoloured as well used. On the whole a nice property which has been well used and needs some basic maintenance to achieve top marks.

Chevin View is a clean and comfortable holiday home. The kitchen was well equipped. The hot tub was enjoyed by everyone. Belper is a busy interesting town, with a beautiful park.

The house was amazing and accommodated us with ease! Great space for a large gathering, rooms were comfortable and clean. Outside space was great We had the perfect venue for my mums birthday celebrations!! Host was extremely helpful too!
