Y Beudy is a spacious and well-equipped cottage in a stunning rural setting, perfect for family gatherings and peaceful getaways. Guests consistently praise the beautiful views, ample space, and excellent facilities such as the hot tub and lift, making it suitable for all ages and abilities. The host is described as helpful and attentive. While the remote location offers tranquillity, it does mean a longer drive to amenities and limited walking access to local pubs. Overall, guests enjoyed memorable stays and highly recommend the property for group holidays.
There are no direct references to cleanliness in the reviews, so a score cannot be provided.
The property is praised for its breathtaking views and peaceful countryside setting. However, the rural location and access via a narrow, winding lane are noted as challenging, and walking to local amenities is limited.
Guests highlight the spaciousness, comfortable bedrooms, and suitability for large groups, including those with mobility needs thanks to the lift. The peaceful environment and ample living areas add to the comfort.
The cottage is well-equipped with a large kitchen, multiple living spaces, a hot tub, lift, BBQ, and play area. Facilities cater well to families and those with accessibility needs, and maintenance is not raised as an issue.
The host is described as helpful and attentive, and one review mentions a Tesco delivery driver giving a treat to a dog, though this is not guaranteed. No mention of welcome gifts from the host.

We had a great holiday. The house was superb. The location breathtaking. The roads were very rural. The hot tub was a fantastic way to start and end your day

Wow for views, The lane down is an experience for drivers, slow and steady wins. The family of pheasants leading the way is helpful. We had plenty of space for the family, The lift was a real bonus for my disabled husband and also the excellant bathroom facilities. Every one in our party where pleased with the bedrooms & bathrooms. Great dinning table for all family meals. The area is new to us with plenty to fill days out. Ruthin was a real surprise, good pubs , shops, golf courses and cafes. Plenty of local forest walks. The hot tub was a real hit with everyone. We could not have wished for a better place to celebrate our 50th Anniversary.
