Settled near the owner’s home, spanning two floors and sleeping up to ten guests, Bryn Afon Farm is a delightful pet-friendly dwelling for a getaway to North Wales, enjoying easy access to Caernarfon Castle and the beautiful Swallow Falls in Betws Y Coed. Take advantage of the ample off-road parking outside of the property, before stepping into the entrance hall to discard any coats and shoes after a long journey. Look forward to cosying up in front of the electric woodburning effect stove in the spacious sitting room, whilst enjoying your favourite TV show on the wall-mounted TV, or alternatively, spend some fun evenings in the outside games room playing darts or enjoying a game of pool.     there was a great welcome from the owners as soon as we arrived. even had some milk in fridge with tea and coffee in the cupboards. the games room was clean and had a bar in!! didnt expect that. bar also had cocktail items a fridge. we did bring a darts score board and left as a thank you. could maybe do with a small tv? all the beds were clean and comfy but i little bit small. the lounge was so comfy and had a tv with internet. kitchen was fully equipped and heating was excellant

    The only (very) minor issue was that there was no instructions on WiFi (hidden behind a sofa) and other appliances
