This beautifully furnished, spacious single-storey barn conversion is one of a pair in a tranquil setting with views over the surrounding fields. Caernarfon, 3 miles away, has a World Heritage castle whose turrets can be seen from the living room window. Dinas Station, on the Welsh Highland Steam Railway between Caernarfon and Porthmadog, is within easy walking distance. Snowdon, visible from the living room/kitchen windows, can be ascended by train from Llanberris, 8 miles away by road, and, for the more adventurous, Zip World Velocity, the longest, fastest zip line in the world, is within an easy 30-minute drive. Anglesey is 10 miles, while the scenic Lleyn Peninsula, with its golden sandy beaches and famous inn on the beach at Porthdinllaen, starts 14 miles away. The coach from the train station to property area is only a 3 minute walks from the bus stop. These properties can be booked together to accommodate up to 10 guests. Pub and restaurant ½ mile.

Perfectly placed to be able to reach all the surrounding tourist spots. Sian and her husband so friendly and lovely. Tea and cake awaiting our arrival and Sian greeted us and gave a run down on cottage and places to visit and eat outside etc. Actual cottage was so clean and so big. Only thing missing was a sieve (we cooked rice, ) managed with the colander but a,sieve would have been handy..highly recommend this cottage.

We had a great stay at Gadlas the views from the property are stunning and it is ideally placed for seeing all that Snowdonia has to offer. Sian the owner is very helpful. The property has everything you need for a comfortable stay.
