On the ground floor, the inviting lounge features a cosy open fire perfect for relaxing after a day exploring and flows seamlessly into the dining area, creating a warm, sociable space for family and friends. The compact yet well-equipped kitchen provides everything needed for easy self-catering, where you can cook whilst looking at the lake and the many British Birds outside the window. Upstairs, the first floor offers a modern shower room, a cosy double bedroom with glorious lake views, and a roomy twin bedroom. From the twin room, stairs lead to the second floor where you’ll find another double bedroom, a peaceful hideaway with even more spectacular views across the lake and mountains. Outside, there’s an enclosed rear garden with dining furniture for alfresco dining and a BBQ. The cottage’s most special feature, however, is found as you walk through the outbuilding to the lakeside where you’ll find a secluded bench perfectly positioned to take in uninterrupted, panoramic views of the Nantlle lake and the Nantlle Ridge. Watching the sunset, or stargazing from here with a glass of wine is a truly majestic experience. For those wishing to explore, the area offers endless adventures. The iconic Yr Wyddfa (Mount Snowdon), Wales’s highest peak, is just a short drive away and provides a choice of walking trails and a scenic railway to the summit. The golden sands of Dinas Dinlle Beach and the historic Caernarfon Castle, a unesco World Heritage Site, are within easy reach, while the charming village of Beddgelert offers riverside walks, independent shops, and cosy cafés.
